JL Zoning Request

The original Johns Lake UVPUD rezoning request was submitted in February 2023 and has been revised and recently resubmitted to address review comments and conditions provided by the City of Winter Garden staff and Development Review Committee.  The current proposed plans include a site for a 13.65-acre OCPS Elementary School, a bed and breakfast with no more than 40 keys, and 613 lots (1.82 units/acre).
