A Family Legacy

The McKinnon family has owned this property for well over 100 years. For generations, the family has worked collaboratively with the local governments, including Lake and Orange counties, and specifically the City of Winter Garden. This partnership has resulted in transportation improvements, utility facility expansions, miles of interconnected public trail networks, and surrounding conservation lands preserved with Lake County and the Florida Department of Agriculture. The family will continue this commitment to the greater Winter Garden community through agreements for educational facilities, utility infrastructure, and transportation facility improvements as part of the Johns Lake UVPUD approval process.
